SCSSD is governed by a Board of Directors that includes 20 members, seven of which have voting privileges. The voting members include four Community Directors elected by residents, and three Sports Venue Directors assigned by their respective venue management. Each voting director has an alternate director to serve in the event of absence. State and City elected officials and the City Managing Director serve as ex-officio, non-voting representatives to the Board. All directors, alternate directors, and ex-officio directors serve without SCSSD compensation. In December of each year, the Board of Directors elects officers to serve in the positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer for that upcoming year. SCSSD hires an Executive Director to manage the day-to-day business of the Corporation. Current SCSSD representatives are listed below.
